Bingo Game Online Banking

Here are the basics of online banking for the bingo games. 

Deposits

Minimum $20 per transaction.
Maximum $500 per transaction.
Maximum $2,500 per week for Visa & MasterCard Credit Cards.

To make a bingo deposit via Visa or MasterCard, login to your account and deposit via the My Account/Fund Account link.  Select Visa / MasterCard or Secure Charge from the drop down menu.

All online bingo transactions will show on your credit card statement as a purchase from "Rock International Ltd."  Please note that deposits via MasterCard credit card will result in payments by cashiers check (see below).

NETeller
To make a bingo deposit via NETeller, login to your account and deposit via the My Account/Fund Account link. 

Click here to OPEN an account with NETeller.  Once you create the account and deposit funds, return to your bingo account and deposit via the My Account/ Fund Account link.

PrePaidATM
To make a bingo deposit via PrePaidATM, login to your account and deposit via the My Account/Fund Account link.  All transactions will show as a purchase from "Rock International Ltd."

Click here to OPEN an account with PrePaidATM.  Once you create the account and deposit funds, return to your bingo account and deposit via the My Account/ Fund Account link.

DuoCash
With DuoCash, it is easy to make online purchases using prepaid phone cards.  Click here for more information on DuoCash. 

To make a bingo deposit by DuoCash log into "my account" then "Fund Account" and follow directions from there.  All transactions will show as a purchase from "DuoCash Limited."

Cash Outs

Minimum - Credit card (Visa), PayPal - $20.00.
Minimum - cashiers check - $35 plus $5 fee (regular mail).
Minimum - cashiers check - $35 plus $35 fee (FedEx).
NO CASH OUTS CAN BE MADE TO MASTERCARD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

The right is reserved to make all payments over $250 by check or bank wire irrespective of deposit method.  For amounts in excess of $100, a completed authorization form and ID will be required.  For more info, email bingo@rocknevis.com.

 Cash Out Policies Effective 1 September 2002
(All rights are reserved to change the cash out policy at any time without notice.)

• Payout requests received by Midnight EST will be paid by Noon EST the following day - within 12 hours.
• Payout requests received after Midnight will be paid by Noon the following day.

PAYOUT PROCESS

Deposit method - Credit Card (Visa)
- Maximum possible matching refund will be made to the same Credit Card.  This may include multiple matching refund amounts.  Where cash out total exceeds the maximum possible refund, excess will be refunded by Neteller provided the player has used Neteller in the past
- Where PayPal or Neteller has not been used previously, residual funds will be paid by check or bank wire.
- Where funds cannot be matched back to a credit card but the player has used either PayPal or Neteller - payment will be made up to the maximum deposited with the residual amount paid by check or bank wire.

Deposit method - Credit Card (MasterCard)
- Payments cannot be made to MasterCard under any circumstances.
- Payments will be made by cashiers check bank wire or NETeller.

Deposit method - Neteller
- Maximum possible matching refund will be made to the same account.  This may include multiple matching refund amounts.  Where cash out total exceeds the maximum possible refund, payment will be made either to the account or by check

Deposit Method - PrePaidATM & DuoCash Payments can be made up to original amount of deposit on both of the above systems - contact Accounts by a Customer Service ticket to discuss.

Excess payments will be made by cashiers check, bank wire or Neteller.

Mail Fees
Cashiers Check by Regular Mail minimum $35 - $5 fee payable.

In the event of credit card, or NETeller systems being unavailable, it may not be possible to process cash outs in the timescales stated above.
